1. About Waaprint

Waaprint provides commercial printing, branded merchandise, design support and related services. We offer office pickup in Ibadan and delivery to customers across Nigeria.

2. Quotes, Prices and Payment

Prices shown on the website may be starting prices and may change depending on size, quantity, material, finishing, artwork, delivery location and other job specifications.

A final price, payment requirement and production timeline will be stated in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation provided for your order.

• Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, a quote is valid for seven calendar days.
• Waaprint may require full payment or a deposit before production begins.
• The outstanding balance, where applicable, must be paid as stated on the invoice or before collection or delivery.
• Waaprint may correct obvious pricing, quotation or product-description errors before production begins. If a correction materially affects your order, we will notify you before proceeding.

3. Customer Artwork, Content and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for all files, artwork, text, photographs, logos, names, trademarks and other materials you submit to Waaprint.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to use, print and reproduce it;
• the content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• the content is lawful and is not deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, obscene or otherwise inappropriate; and
• the information in the artwork is correct.

AI-generated designs are accepted. However, you remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use all AI-generated artwork, images, logos, text and other content supplied for printing.

Waaprint may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the content is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, is intended to deceive, or is inappropriate for production.

4. Artwork Quality and Free Design Review

Free design review. Send a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPEG/PNG. AI-generated designs are also accepted. We print and deliver nationwide.

Our design review is intended to identify obvious technical issues where possible. It does not mean that Waaprint accepts responsibility for spelling, grammar, phone numbers, names, dates, pricing, layout choices or other content supplied by the customer.

You are responsible for checking and approving the final artwork before production.

Where supplied artwork is low resolution, incorrectly sized, improperly formatted or otherwise unsuitable for high-quality printing, Waaprint may:

• request a replacement file;
• recommend changes;
• offer paid design or file-correction support; or
• proceed only after you confirm that you accept the likely output quality.

Waaprint is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from unsuitable customer-supplied artwork.

5. Proofing and Order Approval

Before approving an order, you must carefully check all details, including:

• spelling, names, dates, phone numbers and addresses;
• quantity and size;
• colour and layout;
• product options, finishing and material; and
• delivery or pickup information.

Once you approve artwork, a quotation, invoice, proof or WhatsApp confirmation, Waaprint may begin production.

Any customer-requested change after approval may result in additional charges and a revised turnaround time. Material changes required for technical or quality reasons will be discussed with you before production where reasonably possible.

6. Production Time and Turnaround

Every product has a different production timeline. The estimated turnaround time for your order will be communicated during the order process.

Production time begins only after Waaprint has received:

1. the required payment or deposit;
2. complete and usable artwork or all required order information; and
3. your final approval where approval is required.

Turnaround times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Waaprint will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed timeline, but delays may occur because of artwork changes, late approvals, supplier delays, equipment issues, power disruptions, transport issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Colour, Material and Finishing Variation

Colours displayed on phones, computers and other screens may differ from printed colours. Minor variation may also occur between print runs, materials, paper batches, inks, finishing processes and production equipment.

Unless a specific colour-match service is separately agreed in writing, Waaprint does not guarantee an exact match between on-screen colours, previously printed samples and the final product.

8. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

You may request to cancel or change an order before production begins. Waaprint will confirm whether the request can be accepted.

Because most Waaprint products are custom-made, cancellation may not be possible after artwork has been approved, materials have been ordered, design work has started or production has begun.

Where cancellation is accepted after work has started, Waaprint may deduct the cost of completed design work, materials, setup, production work or other reasonable costs already incurred.

Refunds are not available for a change of mind after production has begun or for errors contained in customer-approved artwork.

Nothing in this section removes your rights in relation to a confirmed Waaprint production defect.

9. Delivery and Pickup

Waaprint offers delivery nationwide and office pickup in Ibadan.

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, reachable phone number and any information required for successful delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, delayed response or other customer-provided information.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, traffic, location, public holidays or other events outside Waaprint's reasonable control.

For pickup orders, you will be notified when the order is ready. Orders should be collected within a reasonable time after notification.

10. Defects, Reprints and Complaints

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery or collection.

If you believe there is a production defect caused by Waaprint, notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Please provide your order details and clear photographs or videos of the issue where applicable.

Where Waaprint confirms a production defect, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a reprint, correction, credit or refund. The remedy will depend on the nature of the issue and the affected part of the order.

Waaprint is not responsible for issues caused by customer-approved artwork, incorrect customer-supplied information, normal colour variation, misuse, poor storage, damage after delivery or third-party alteration.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Waaprint's total liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected printing service.

Waaprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, missed events or reputational loss arising from an order or use of the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Website Use

You may use the Waaprint website only for lawful personal or business purposes.

You must not:

• misuse, damage or interfere with the website;
• attempt unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• submit false or misleading information;
• use the website to transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content; or
• copy, reproduce or use Waaprint website content, branding or materials without permission, except where allowed by law.

13. Privacy

Waaprint may collect information needed to process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery and improve our services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree that Waaprint may use your information for these purposes in accordance with applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Waaprint may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply to website use and orders placed after the updated Terms are published. Orders already confirmed will generally be governed by the Terms that applied when the order was confirmed.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute relating to these Terms or an order will be subject to the appropriate courts in Nigeria, subject to any rights available under applicable law.
