This checker identifies common file-preparation issues based on general print-production standards. Some values shown are provisional defaults and not yet confirmed against Waaprint's specific equipment and workflow. Passing every check does not guarantee a perfect physical print. Final results also depend on the printer, substrate, ink, and finishing process used.

Catch Print Problems Before You Order, Not After

A file that looks perfectly sharp on your phone or laptop screen can still be far too low-resolution for a clean print. This checker looks at your actual file, not just the file name or thumbnail, and tells you plainly whether it's ready, before it becomes a wasted print run.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why did my print come out blurry even though it looked fine on my screen?
Screens display images at a much lower resolution than print requires. A photo can look perfectly sharp on a phone or laptop but still be far below the resolution needed for a crisp print. This checker calculates the actual print resolution of your file so you know before you order.
What is bleed and why does it matter?
Bleed is extra artwork extending past the edge of your design, usually 3mm, so that small shifts during cutting do not leave an unwanted white edge. This checker looks for it automatically and tells you if it's missing.
Do I need to know prepress terms to use this?
No. Results are explained in plain language, with the technical detail available if you want it, but never required.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No, everything is analyzed directly in your browser. Your file is never uploaded anywhere.
